Information on compliance with the Austrian Accessibility Act

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services. The guidelines for accessible web content – WCAG 2.2 AA – have been adhered to as far as possible.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

For economic and organisational reasons, it is currently not possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) as well as videos and audio recordings accessible.

The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that we have not developed, financed or controlled. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is therefore exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.

The listed incompatibilities with accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis.

The complaints are examined by the Anti-Discrimination Agency to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Accessibility Act, in particular any shortcomings in compliance with accessibility requirements.
