\nThere are no refunds in the event of bad weather, suspension of operation, slope closures, avalanche risks and closure of individual lifts, ski areas or spas.\u00a0 Purchase of the Mur-M\u00fcrz Top Ski Pass entitles guests to use the included ski resorts, but the specific service contract is only concluded with the company whose facilities are currently being used (the respective general terms and conditions of this company apply). Any liability towards guests, whether based on contractual or statutory provisions, for incidents arising from or during the operation and use of the cable car and ski lift facilities, pistes and thermal spas shall therefore be borne exclusively by the company in whose area of responsibility the incident occurs.
